Mark Harris,  General Manager

Mark established Calibration Connect with the intention of delivering an all-encompassing calibration service that was flexible to the needs of the customer.  His role with Calibration Connect is primarily to ensure that the needs of the customer are being met and that they are completely satisfied with the service being provided.  Mark has 13 years experience in the aircraft engineering and instruments industry and also 10 years experience in quality and manufacturing management.

• Quality Improvement and training facilitator
• Quality Assurance and improvement engineer (on scholarship) with the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company

Jerome Fryer,  Technical Manager

Jerome is here to assist with all of your technical requirements and to ensure that your calibration and additional services are met with the greatest competence and professionalism.  Jerome has a wealth of calibration experience gained over the past 15 years covering aspects of electrical, dimensional and force measurement.  For the past 11 years he has been an IANZ accredited signatory and been responsible for all uncertainties calculations.

In his 15 years, Jerome has held positions as:

• Technical Manager
• Metrology and Calibration Supervisor
• Laboratory Quality Assurance Supervisor
• Metrology and calibration laboratory technician
• Quality Control Inspector

Richard Ettema,  Calibration Engineer

Richard has a strong electrical and instrumentation background, gained from 8 years as an Avionics technician in the Royal New Zealand Air Force.  During his time with the RNZAF, he has worked as a Calibration Technician and completed an NZCE in Electronics and Computing.  More recently, Richard has gained experience in website and database development, as well as computer support.  Receiving approval from IANZ in 2006, Richard is an IANZ accredited signatory for Calibration Connect.

Richard has held the following positions:

• Computer support and website developer
• Calibration Technician
• Avionics Technician
